The Freedom Artist Project
About
While this project is still in its infancy, it's becoming reality. From thus far only funding myself through street music, concerts and tuning pianos, I'm slowly saving up to buy a van, paint it, put an acoustic piano in it and play music from my heart to the rest of the world.
My dream is to play for the very young, the old and the sick - at wherever they are - kindergardens, retirement homes and hospitals. I want to make the loney feel seen and the cold feel warm through music.
At the same time I'm promoting freedom in various ways:
Creative Freedom - the freedom to create in life, whoever or wherever you are. Co-create with me! A jam session or a concert or anything that you wish to do.
Even if you paint or sing or dance or build with lego, doesn't matter, just sing your song and dance your dance, life is waiting for it to be seen and heard!
Economic Freedom - today's conventional economy, sadly, is built on debt and inflation - where the financial elite makes hidden gains from the losses of you and me. This happens everywhere where a country or bank can print its own money when needed, and thus control its value.
An alternative is Bitcoin which has no inflation, is digital and modern, but is unhackable like gold. This could, believe it or not, change the world to have more trust and simplicity in trading, which in itself means fewer reasons for war. This is why I will be receiving payments and donations in both fiat and crypto, as well as inform people about how Bitcoin, as leading crypto, can impact the world for the better.
Spiritual Freedom - I've had a long row of spiritual teachings, experiences and practices. All are part of "the art of feeling good". And feeling good in oneself is the baseline to then experience love and connection with life and all beings. This, in turn, is the epitome of spiritual endeavour (or so I say at least).
I share my knowledge, experience and ears with humans who need it 1-on-1 in my spiritual life coaching sessions, which I've just started to give out donation based. All I ask is for a review and, if my client wishes, a donation.
Social Freedom - together with spiritual freedom comes social freedom, the art of "being who you are". I've been looking into this for a long time and I've learned that it takes a lot of courage to be disliked, but it's imperative for our personal growth and social freedom. If we try to be everyone's friend, unless we really feel it in our hearts, we end up not even being our own friend.
One step at a time, I'm being unapologetically me! And THAT is how one becomes whole and free. And I wish for all humans to have this, which we all had as children: we screamed at times like a barbarian warrior, cried when we needed it and laughed a lot over silly things like a frog or a disappearing face. These forms of simple self-expression and joy can still be with us as adults, but in a matured form. The road to freedom is the road to being true to yourself, wether being alone or in a crowd. Wether on a societal level or a personal.
So this is my dream, to spread more freedom and peace in the world - through free culture, free economy, free spirituality and free human beings.
